How did your goals go this week? What did you work on and did you succeed?
I missed my workout yesterday, but otherwise did a pretty good job of keeping my goal for exercising. My morning routine is turning into more of a morning necessity everyday. I'm happy about that.
So tell me how it went: success, failure, and the gray areas in between.

I'm doing great with the meal plans.
I'm thinking this "listen to my kids" thing is going to be a long hard grind: one of those things I'm going to be working at for a while.
Drinking more water went well for 4 days.
I didn't go into labor.
I'm going to repeat the same set of goals for this week.
I am up a pound this week. While I would like to whine and moan and really complain about the scale only being 3 pounds lighter than it was the beginning of January, I can't. I haven't been focused. I ate scrumptious dessert many times the last seven days. I enjoyed the birthday celebrating to its fullest. No one to blame but me. And I don't really feel guilty.
This week, though, I'm ready to start using some self-control. I'm ready to see a big jump in the scale over the next month. I have a family reunion in July and I'd love to reach my goal by then. Even 15 pounds would put me lighter than anyone in Kevin's family has ever seen me. I know I can do it, if I commit.
Sadly, I'm not sure I'm 100% committed. This week I'd like to find out how committed I really am.
